How long do extensions last?

You naturally shed about 5 lashes per day so when your natural lash sheds the extension that is attached to it will shed with it. With proper care and fills every 2-3 weeks, your extensions can last indefinitely.

How do I care for them?
  • Do not get lashes wet for 4 to 6 hours after application to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Do not steam bathe and avoid direct water contact for 24-48 hours.
  • Do not spray tan for 48-72 hours after application.
  • Sleep on your back or on the side of the pillow.
  • Brush your lashes and extensions regularly when dry, from center to tips, using a clean wand.
  • Avoid gel or liquid eyeliner.
  • Never use mascara. If you must, use water-based, non waterproof only.
  • Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
  • Do not perm or tint your lashes.
  • Do not use the sauna room.
  • Do not pull on your lashes nor rub your eyes frequently.
  • Never attempt to remove your eyelash extensions by yourself. This must be done by a trained lash artist.
  • Schedule your fill appointments every two to three weeks.

Will it damage my lashes?
It is important to go to a technician who is knowledgeable about eye safety and hygiene. The extensions themselves do not cause damage unless they are too long or heavy for your natural lash, or if they are attached to more than one natural lash.

Can I get Extensions if I wear contact lenses?
Yes. The extensions are not touching the eye or the skin and are safe for people wearing contacts.

Can I wear mascara?
There is no need for mascara as your extensions will give you a mascara look  however if you feel the need to do so, only use a water based mascara, NOT WATERPROOF OR GEL OR FIBER MASCARA. Wearing mascara over extensions can weaken the bond and cause premature loss of the extensions

Can I use curlers?
Eyelash extensions do not require additional curling. If you are looking for more curl, ask your Lash Technician to apply a curlier lash. Never use mechanical curlers as they will damage both your natural eyelashes and your extensions
